About Our Office
Our headquarters in Zagreb serves as the central hub for project management, system design, and client consultations. From here, we coordinate installations across Croatia's coastal and inland regions.
While most client interactions happen on-site at your property, we welcome visits to our office for detailed project discussions, system demonstrations, or simply to meet the team in person before committing to a project.
For properties in Istria and the northern Adriatic, our regional team operates from Pula. Dalmatian projects are typically managed through our partner office in Split. Regardless of location, you'll have a consistent point of contact throughout your project.
Finding Us
By Tram
The main square (Trg bana Jelačića) is served by most Zagreb tram lines. Exit at the central square and walk to the northern side. Our building entrance is between the café row and the pedestrian zone.
By Car
The city center has limited traffic access. We recommend parking at Importanne Centar garage (5-minute walk) or Langov trg garage (3-minute walk). Street parking near the square is restricted to residents.
From the Airport
Zagreb Airport is approximately 17 kilometers from city center. The airport shuttle bus terminates at the main bus station, from where trams run directly to the square. Taxi ride typically takes 25-30 minutes.

Having a rough idea of your property size (number of rooms/units), current infrastructure status, and primary goals helps us prepare for our first conversation. Don't worry if you're unsure about technical details—that's what our assessment process covers.
For general inquiries, expect a response within one business day. Project discussions usually involve scheduling a call, which we can typically arrange within 3-5 days depending on availability. During peak summer months, response times may be slightly longer.
Initial phone or video consultations are free. For site surveys requiring travel, we charge a nominal fee that's credited toward your project if you proceed. This ensures we can dedicate proper time and resources to understanding your property's needs.
Our primary focus is Croatian properties, but we've completed projects in Slovenia and Montenegro through partnerships with local electrical contractors. For properties elsewhere in the region, reach out and we'll discuss whether we can accommodate your project.
Existing clients with support agreements have access to dedicated support channels provided during onboarding. For urgent issues outside business hours, Premium and Enterprise clients can reach our on-call team through the emergency contact provided in your service documentation.
