Most services are priced per room to ensure fairness across different property sizes. The Central Dashboard is a property-wide system, so it's priced per installation. Support packages are also per room per year. Volume discounts apply for properties with 50+ rooms.
Yes, many clients start with climate control and expand later. Our systems are modular by design. We recommend installing the Central Dashboard early even if you start small, as it provides the foundation for all other services.
Hardware, installation labor, configuration, and initial testing are all included. Prices assume standard construction conditions. Heritage buildings or unusual wiring situations may require supplementary assessment.
We manage all technical certifications required for electrical work and building automation in Croatia. If your property has special heritage status or complex municipal requirements, we work with your existing contacts or recommend specialists.
All hardware includes a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Installation workmanship is warranted for 12 months. Extended coverage is available through our support plans. Enterprise support includes ongoing hardware replacement.
